2022년 9월 28일 미국 FDA에서는 Food Labeling: Nutrient Content Claims; Definition of Term “Healthy” Proposed rule을 발표했습니다. 식품에 Healthy 문구를 소구하기 위해서는 FDA에서 요구하는 영양성분 함량 요건을 충족해야 합니다. 관련한 일부 내용은 아래와 같습니다.
